4 Stage interview :
1. Getting to know you call with the hiring manager
2. More indepth experience call with the HM
3. Interview with the CEO
4. F2F with the HM.
I progressed to the third stage (CEO interview). While the conversation was professional, it became apparent that the role was very tightly defined, with limited scope for shaping the strategy or bringing any independent ideas to the structure.
At the end of the interview I was told I would receive feedback via the recruiter, but despite several polite follow-ups, none was provided. Eventually the recruiter later stated that feedback had supposdly already been shared by the CEO during the call which wasn’t the case. This was disappointing, particularly given the time and effort invested in a multi-stage process.
Overall, the experience was well-structured initially, but the lack of follow-through on feedback and transparency at the later stages detracted from what could have been a strong candidate experience.
