The interviewers were kind and they had evaluation process through giving you tasks to complete. Interviews were done through Zoom with HR and the manager of the company. They will first call you with the interview screening.

Very straightforward. Started with a prompt about how to guid a local student. Asked me about why I wanted to do this, my background, what was my passion, etc. Had multiple rounds, after the first writing prompt it moved to the HR person, then to the director, then to the sales team. After much waiting they finally gave me an offer. Then I called HR in regards to questions on it. HR told me to wait and forwarded the questions to the director. This took about 3-4 weeks. When they finally came around to answering it, I suddenly received an email saying they will rescind the offer. Apparently they deceived me into thinking they wanted me and took those 3 weeks while I was waiting on clarifications on the offer to find someone else. Totally unscrupulous. Flimsy company. Apparently senior staff looks upon junior staff like single use tissues, completely disposable. I would never have wasted time with them had I known better.
