Process took place in 3 steps. First there was a telephonic interview which was followed by online test for information security and IQ. Post which there was a final round for face to face interview. Every time I was timely contacted and kept updated.

I was approached over the call by one of the in house recruiters. Recruiter explained me thoroughly about the company, services and clients. I was properly updated on my job role and location. After almost 4 days I got a call for 1:1 interview where I was interviewed for tech skills and personality profile in 3 rounds. It was made clear to me that If selected I will been joining a start up and pros as well as cons for the same. A week after I was again contacted for final interview where senior management asked me certain questions mostly related to personality profiling etc. I was very impressed by the overall knowledge, subject matter expertise and person judging skills of Mr. Anshul Abhang who took my final interview. That is when I made a final decision to join this company. On the same day by evening I received my offer which I accepted after hard negotiations. Post which till joining date my background check was carried by one of the big four auditing companies. Overall recruitment and onboarding process was very well set up and professional.
