I went through two interviews with FM Global. Initial Interview was held on campus. The questions were pretty easy such as "Why do I want this job?" and "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" etc. Very laid back and friendly atmosphere. I was invited to come into there local office. I had to take a personality test and a writing test where I had to describe in as much detail as possible a sprinkler head. I had met with three managers in various departments (Field Supervisor, Mechanical Eng. Supervisor, and a VP). Each of them posed questions based on my background and work experience. Again, very friendly and open atmosphere.

The interview process was comprehensive and well-structured, striking an impressive balance between technical proficiency and behavioral fit. While the evaluation was thorough, the managers maintained a friendly and approachable demeanor, creating a transparent environment where they were happy to answer any questions I had.
