The process begins with a phone screen, followed by two, 30 minute behavioral interviews, then a case. Nothing out of the ordinary, and given multiple days to prepare for the case interview. Overall, very communicative and efficient with the time, no complaints.

First round is a phone interview with HR, followed by a phone interview with Hiring Manager. Next round is an all-day, in-person interview with several members of the consulting practice. These interviews are more behavioral style interviews, last on average 45 min each. Also, phone interviews with senior consulting managers are scheduled, based on their availability. Final round is a case study, you are given 24 hrs to prepare and then 30 minutes to present to a panel and 30 minutes for questions. Also, the final round includes a math, multiple choice, exam.
