It was a good process. The interview was a 15 minute phone call, which was personal and comfortable. The entire process took about 1 month, from applying to getting the job. A week later, I got a call and had the position offered to me. I submitted a cover letter and recommend doing so even if it's not a requirement.

I sent in my resume in November and didn't hear of any progress until January. They asked my availability and I filled out a few questionnaires and then had a zoom interview. The internship started in February.
