3 step process to my memory, 1) Fill out Forms online and survey to see if you are a good fit for company culture 2)Basic phone interview with representative of fox and 3)in person interview with senior regional director and regional director.

Mostly basic job interview questions:
Why did you become an OT/PT?
Why do you want to work for Fox?
What are your strengths?
What are your weaknesses?
etc.
Recruiter can be pushy and much follow up verbally but unable to provide written offer when requested. Unable to fully explain how hours would get made up for cancellations, with the reason that all workers always make it work.

Entrevista
It was more like a conversation. She explained more about the company and offered a lot of opportunities to ask questions. Throughout the conversation she would sprinkle in typical interview questions which honestly made it feel more relaxing.

Entrevista
The application process was quick and they responded to my questions quickly. My interview was great overall and felt more like a conversation about my interests and what I was looking for. I actually went over a half hour from my scheduled time slot because we were having such good conversation! I shadowed for a day as well which was helpful.
