Applied online. Got a interview a week later. Interviewed with three different people. Typical interview questions. I actually enjoyed it, it wasn't stressful. They really wanted to know how you would handle different scenarios.

Phone interview followed by in person interview. Not very difficult interview either. Very laid back and just asked questions about education and previous job history. Sat on the floor with employees for to see if thus was something I was interested in still. Was given an opportunity to take the job right then or think about it and come back with an answer.
