There is no structured interview process, and applicants are dismissed without proper review or evaluation of their qualifications. Even highly overqualified candidates are rejected without feedback or a fair screening process. Despite having over five years of experience, I have been rejected for entry-level roles by Michelle Griggs, the regional recruiter for California. While the interview itself is straightforward, the hiring process seems disconnected from reality.
