Went to a co-op fair where they had a one to one on-site interview afterwards. The on-sight interview was real lo-key, the interviewer asked me a few questions but don't feel really emphasized too much on how I answered them. What I feel made more of the difference was what I had on my resume and how I answered on the various topics and my personal interests which then got me the second interview. The second interview was still fairly low-key it was at the company where I was interviewed by the two directors of the co-op project. There I answered a few more basic interview questions and mostly got more information on the job and what the work environment would be like. A few days later I got my offer letter and had a week to respond.
