Once i submitted my resume and my cover letter i was contacted by the company and an interview time and date was organised. The first half was the interview, which comprised of 2 people who asked me a series of questions regarding personal information and information i have on the company via my own research. There were Opinion and Behavioural based questions as well. The second half was a one on one discussion with a 2IC which discussed Salary, Leave, Availability and any additional questions i had.
