Process took 2 weeks, started with a phone screen with HR talking about my skills, goals, personality. Was invited to an on-site interview where I met the hiring managers and talked more about myself and the role. The design lead and other person I've interviewed with and HR were all very nice and very welcoming. They answered all my questions about the company in detail.
