The interview was scheduled for 4 hours. After 3 hours HR walked into my room and said I'm strong on Front-end Node.js side and not on Java. Funny thing is I mentioned this on the phone and they brought me on site knowing I'm strong on Node.js. I think it was a complete waste of time. They are looking for Java developers and they have a consulting firm hired to do their front end/ node,js development.
