The interview process was very chill and relaxed. It felt more like an informal conversation rather than a strict question-and-answer session. The interviewer focused on getting to know me better, discussing my experiences, interests, and personality in a comfortable and friendly way.

Entrevista
Phone interview, conference call with head of PR. Very easy going, I felt comfortable answering the questions. But make sure to get to the point quickly and efficiently. Use specific examples, quantify outcomes. Make sure you know a bit about the asset management and insurance industry (their main clients) and be open to doing professional qualifications such as CIPR certificate and IMC (investment management certificate)
