I met with a lady who tested me over basic grammar questions, you had to adjust sentences, choose from correct and wrong ways of spelling a word. You had to test your skills with outlook as well as excel. You had to match movie covers with terminology they used. Test took about 2 hours to complete. Called back in for second interview so I am assuming I did well on the test. Went into 2nd interview and they handed me a 3rd sports test, in which I missed one question. The 2nd interview was with 3 men who were dressed in jeans and a T-shirt and I was dressed business professional. Not a good impression for me. After taking the test the 3 men came into the room and introduced themselves and asked about my schooling, work experience and why I wanted to work there. They were unsure of what position I was actually interviewing for is why I believe all 3 men where there to talk with me. Interview went well then we got around to talking about pay/ benefits and they stated I would be at $11/hour with no negotiation and no benefits of any kind. Then they seen I was flustered with that information and asked me if they offered me the job right now would I take it and flat out told them no. This place is not for anyone looking to get into the Broadcasting Field. Not for anyone right out of school. This place is for people who have no degree and just want a job. High turnover rate.
