Applied online and heard back within a few days. First round was a phone call with straightforward questions. Second round was in person, and I only met with one person for probably 5 minutes. He clearly was just looking for personality and didn't really ask any job related questions. I didn't have a good feel for the company after that but asked me to come back in another day for the next round so I agreed. The next time I went into the office they gave a breakdown of positions and the process of the company. This is when I learned that the job is 100% commission based and basically door to door sales. You also have to give a percentage of your commission to your boss depending on what they decide is fair. Have to work long and hours and on weekends. Everyone in the office is under 30, it was a really strange vibe for me since I have only worked in corporate offices. Honestly, it kind of seemed like a scam and the woman interviewing me said she wants to retire by the time she's 30, which is just so not feasible and I think she was just saying it to try and impress me or something. She said that I should think about the info she gave me and text her by the end of the day if I was interested in coming back for the final round. I appreciated that she was very honest about the job, but honestly I couldn't get out of there fast enough.

I was told about the management training program. I was very skeptical about the commission and was told that everyone paid their parents retirement, a family members medical bill, or full rent plus their parents with this job. Apparently they win you over by relating to your situation in you needing work to support a family and convince you throughout the entire interview that you will get the “opportunity of a lifetime”.
