The interview was unprofessional and poorly structured. There was little clarity around the process, no clear agenda, and it quickly became apparent that the owners (who are family members) were not aligned. They openly squabbled with each other during the interview, which created an uncomfortable and disorganized experience. Instead of feeling like a professional evaluation of my skills, it came across as disjointed and lacking basic structure.
I did not feel the process reflected the standards of the FACE FOUNDRIÉ brand. Stronger training for franchise owners on how to conduct interviews professionally would make a huge difference in attracting and retaining talent.
