Entretien comprenant différents tests :
- test numérique
- test excel
- tes finance (connaissances générales)
L'entretien se déroule en de nombreuses phases.
Vous effectuez directement des tests lorsque vous arrivez dans les bureaux de Paris. Si les tests s'avèrent concluant, vous effectuerez un premier entretien RH.
À partir de cet entretien, le/la RH vous confirme si vous rencontrerez les opérationnels (vos responsables).
La rencontre avec les opérationnels semble être un terrain de jeu pour ces derniers qui vous prennent de haut.
Une fois ces étapes terminées, vous recevrez une réponse positive ou négative.

Very long hiring process. Hiring manager was nice, but HR was slow in replying. Compared to other companies I've been looking at, compensation in FactSet was better. Just review the concepts HR gives you and you'll do well in the technical interviews.

Very smooth and straightforward, with kind interviewers that asked lots of interesting questions, seem to genuinely care a lot about the work and the company. Be sure to brush up on excel and read the interview materials that they provide for you, as well as the usual behavioral questions
