First phase is the online examination. This depends on what department you are applying to. Second phase is the online initial interview with the HR/TA. Will only ask you basic questions that can be found on your resume. Third phase is the online final interview (Panel) with the TLs and Hiring Manager. They will ask about the company, position you're applying, and some technical, behavioral, and situational questions. My application process took about 2-3 weeks.
