Terrible experience interviewing at Factset. The HR department was high unprofessional and beyond inadequate. In the e-mail notifying me for first round interview, my name was spelt wrongly. I have no idea how this could even happen, considering that my name is six letters long, and they wrote another name which doesn't sound anything like mine and is somewhat Chinese-looking. On the day of the interview, the interviewer decided to e-mail me hours before to change the time of interview, and then didn't even give me the new Zoom link until after the interview has began. We began interview 30 minutes later than the proposed time, which didn't help by how bored and disinterested the interviewer was. It wasn't even as though I lost her interest mid-way, she just came in looking bored and spent most of the time looking down. There wasn't any competency questions. Overall it was a very unpleasant experience.

3 Step process Initial screening with HR First in person interview with Senior Consultant which involved a round table discussion with other candidates and a presentation on your topic of choice. Third interview is a one on one with two senior consultants.
