The interview process consisted of four rounds, initially guided by HR/Recruiting. Each interview went well; however, the final round with the CMO felt rushed as she was unwell. This limited my opportunity to fully elaborate on certain topics. Following this, I did not receive any communication from the company for six weeks, at which point I was informed of their decision to proceed with another candidate. Overall, it was not a negative experience, but I was disappointed by the lack of opportunity to fully showcase my capabilities.

Fairly standard! The interview process as a whole was seamless and the questions asked were pretty standard. Asked about my past experience and future goals. My interviewer was also a joy to speak with, which is always a plus.
