First round has been virtual and then I have been asked to attend In-Person for second round. Complexity wise I would say as per expectations of the role i have attended for. Overall it was a good experience.

HR called for the initial phone screening to know about my background. If qualified in that then there will be one or two rounds based on requirement. HR was unclear about the job description . After some days HR randomly called for setting up another technical round. We decided on timing but she never set up an interview. She then contacted me after a week asking if I was available for an interview on the same day? I took the interview. The questions very mostly related to A/B testing and my experience with the same. HR contacted in 1 hr for the next interview call with the Director. She told me it would be on the next day and again forgot to schedule one. On which she called me and asked for my availability for next week I provided her with that and she set up the call. 4 hrs before the interviewer she called me to check if she could prepone the interview as I was traveling I could not do that but asked her to postpone if the director was busy. The Interview with the director was behavioral. He was very rude and said he is traveling and blamed me for the timing saying "it seems this is the only time which works for you it seems, so let's carry on" where I had clearly told the HR we can postpone if there was any problem. He was the rudest interviewer I have ever come across and not even a little respectful. He was clearly shouting at me which is very unprofessional of him and gave the impression that he was doing a favor just talking to me. Which is not at all expected from a Director.
