I believe they need to improve their recruitment process. You start a process, go through multiple stages and then at the final stage you are given a NO with no clear reason why other than deciding to go with another candidate. It's okay if this happens once but when weeks/months later another recruiter is reaching out for a similar role in the same company and then you have to start again with case study, technical interview, etc etc; it can be draining. plus it doesnt look well for the organization when it looks like they are always recruiting product managers every month.

Entrevista
• there was one initial call with recruiter
• then they send an assessment ask to complete within a week.
The assessment was like to make a parser for Cbra Json unstructured file and produce a credit scoring model on a kaggle german credit dataset.
i worked at multiple bank's before and produced the production level solutions for same problems they asked for in assessment. I completed the assessment with perfect parser and credit scoring model which currently being used by my previous employer as well.
After sending the solution there was radio silence for 2 weeks. Upon asking multiple times from recruiter later they sent an email mentioning the solution is not optimal.
Either the Data Science team is not serious in hiring or they really dont know what they are doing. Like i mentioned the same solution currently being used by other bank running and producing perfect results.
i would raise this thing to all of the applicants beware of solving and spending time on any assessment which is not going to be access properly. its a common norm in industry to have technical interview after technical asessment to let the person explain about their solution but they do not even bothered to have an interview with the person who spend weeks working on their solution.
Not sure if the top management even know about this, i have seen same review from multiple applicants before. On top of that, it is well known in Nigeria that Fairmoney commonly does this to all data science applicants.
Fairmoney was the company i was really trying to get into but utterly disappointed by their lack of transperency and lack of seeing talent in the people.

Entrevista
The interview was an exciting experience, I had the first technical round with the senior engineering manager who has a great personality, then the second round with him and another senior engineer. It was a delightful experience, they were very friendly and likable throughout the process. My recruiter's got great personality as well.
