Discovery call with a TA Coordinator (about 10 minutes) - capturing scope of experience, reasons for applying, salary expectations, etc.
Formal phone interview with the same TA Coordinator (about 30 minutes) - completely scripted and nothing too thought provoking.
On-site 1:1 interviews with 3-5 team members (about 2 hours) - one person had formal questions, the rest just went off the cuff, it was more like a conversation, and you really need to prove to them that you're interested in this opportunity (rightfully so). However, it felt a bit like an ego exercise. I imagine that's residual behavior from previous leadership philosophy on hiring.
