No interview, selection is based on background check and few qualifications like min. 2 years in college, personality test. Conducted in classroom setting; verify documents and background check. Once you passed background check you set up online and use their automated phone system to get jobs. I believe the process was a little to easy, anyone can become a substitute teacher as long as you don't have a record and have some college education.

It was very easy to answer questions that the hiring manager asked. You should focus on why you want to substitute teach and relevant experience. Iterative was about 30 minutes long.

No interview. Just an online application. Takes 2 weeks to hear back, then schedule an orientation, after that a finger printing. You will have some authenticator stuff and emails you need to set up at home. After that you start subbing.

really easy. there wasnt a process, i think everyone ywho applies gets accepted following a background check and meeting the min qualifications. overall it took about 3 weeks to hear back then schedule for orenataion and was able to sub right after
