Three interviewers were in the interview and they asked behavioral questions; skill based questions; questions about I would design curriculum in different situations. They asked me to create an activity to teach new teachers and to describe one that I've used in my class room before. They asked me to role play a situation that may take place in the Great Beginnings environment.
