The application process was straightforward. However, this company makes you do a 25 minute personality and skill assessment for an interview. The skills are not even based on the role you are applying for. I did hear back for an interview quickly and I responded immediately with my availability. I never heard back from this hiring manager despite following up. Several days later I received a generic rejection email. The hoops one had to go through for this application and the poor communication are a bad look.
