The process involved four rounds of interviews with three different managers, two personality tests and a take home assignment (with less than 24 hours notice) which I then presented to a panel. I made it to the final round only to get ghosted with 0 response to any of my follow ups. It’s been over a month since my final interview and I have yet to even receive a generic rejection email. I find the lack of respect for my time appalling.
