Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Fairygodboss em jul. de 2022
Entrevista
Intro call, then call with prompted questions about me and professional conversation points, then a roleplay-style interview with the Sales Manager and the CEO. All were very professional, and concise. They always laid out the plan for each call beforehand, which was appreciated.
Even the "we are pursuing other candidates" email I received after our third interview was punctual-- received it one day later. I appreciate the attention to detail in this process, and while disappointed I didn't get the job, thankful for the experience.

What are you looking to accomplish when doing discovery and how do you accomplish it?
What framework do you use when handling an objection?
A pretty lengthy process with several layers including an initial interview, a demo pitch, and back to back interviews with members on the entire sales team. It's clear that FGB is a small company and that they are very intentional in who they bring on board. Although it was fairly involved, I felt as though I was able to get valuable insight into their culture, how they pitch, etc., and they saw my approach. Lengthy, but worth it

I had two interviews with Fairygodboss after getting in contact with them through a recruiter. In total, I spent around 2 hours including a demo pitch to be ghosted by both the company and the recruiter. I understand if they felt my skill set was not what they were looking for, but I believe a response at that point in the process is professionalism at a minimum.
I did like the team members that I met and enjoyed the pitch portion of the interview, as I was given some good feedback by a team member. However, during the interview, I didn't feel like anyone had specific questions in regard to my experience but were more relying on me to talk openly about myself so they could assess if I was a good fit personality-wise.
I think overall, being left without a response left me with a negative impression. I was hoping for a safe space, as interviewing as a woman can feel intimidating in SaaS, so my expectations for a company specializing in job placement and career advisement for a woman might've been unrealistic. Overall, it seems that the company has gone through a lot of restructuring and still has some identity left to search for.
