WVA has a very unique interview process. I first had a face to face interview with 4 current employees. It was friendly and relaxed. After that I had another social interview at a local restaurant. I was encouraged to bring my spouse, which I did. This was a fun interview and gave me a glimpse into what it might be like working with my department. As first, I will admit I thought this was a bit strange, but upon reflection it was a brilliant interview concept.
