The interview process was quite underwhelming. I was initially asked to come in for an in-person interview, but while I was on my way, HR called to inform me it had been changed to a virtual format on the interview day. Two interviewers were supposed to be present, but only one joined, and the conversation consisted of very basic questions. After that, there was complete radio silence and no clear follow-up communication. It was disappointing, especially considering the time and effort invested. Dont waste time for such places when they dont value your time.

Entrevista
After several conversations moved to video interview, looked promising. After wasting a lot of time was then asked if I could spend minimum of 30 days in Rhode Island for training! This was NEVER mentioned in initial interview process. I live in West. coast. Would never have wasted my time. This should have been mentioned during initial process, would never have wanted to move forward.

Had a phone screen with HR. Then had another call split into a panel of the team and the hiring manager. Mostly behavioral questions and very casual. Conversation was centered on past experiences and projects.
