Interviewing with Famfluence was literally a horrible experience. While the initial interactions with the lower-level employees were pleasant and professional, the behavior of top management was so unprofessional and disappointing. Despite my qualifications, including a master's degree and eight years of work experience, I felt disrespected and undervalued while on the zoom interview with them. After five rounds of interviews, including an essay and an additional exams, I was left without any communication. This lack of professionalism was so disheartening, especially given the time and effort invested in coming back 5 different times to interview. Furthermore, the offered compensation was low. I strongly advise potential candidates to consider other opportunities where their hard work and experience will be genuinely appreciated. Ghosting candidates after such an extensive interview process is absolutely unacceptable. RUN!
