I was asked to do a quick Q&A as the first interview process. I've received the message with the Q&A only 10 minutes after applying, which was nice. The Q&A was quite easy and relatively quick. That was on Thursday, on Friday I had my first interview with one of the Senior Acc Mans. The interview went smooth and it was overall a very good experience. I've received an email few hours later with an invitation for another interview. I was asked to prepare a two minute presentation for the interview that took place on Monday, The data given wasn't enough and to be honest, it wasn't clear either. The second interview was OK, it was with the Head of Account Management. I got a rejection email 2 minutes after the interview - a good thing for me. Firstly, the company didn't waste my time, which is great. Secondly, why would I want to work from my own private laptop? For a company whose CEO and execs advocate for a remote-first approach and openness to new ideas on LinkedIn, the failure to provide work equipment is quite absurd. Overall experience was neutral, as the second interviewer didn't seem as engaged as the first one, however I do appreciate the speedy process.
