Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 5 dias. Fui entrevistado pela Family Independence Initiative em mar. de 2023
Entrevista
The initial interview consists of two phases: the first is a political/social ideology section where they ask you questions to determine if you align with the companies values. These questions to me were a bit surprising, and somewhat uncomfortable to answer, especially given the stern attitude of my interviewer and the oddness of feeling like I had to prove I believe in social causes. The second part then finally goes into the technical aspects of a typical interview. The questions in this part were interesting and I wish I would've gotten more reactions and interaction from my interviewer who maintained a stoich posture throughout. Overall, the interview was interesting and challenging, but the political filtering was bit too much, and the lack of empathy made it very unpleasant. Also they will ghost you if you don't go froward in the hiring process, which is always awful.

Candidatei-me online. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Family Independence Initiative.
Entrevista
The interview consisted of a one-on-one interview, followed by two group interviews and a final interview with the CEO. Plus a written project. Pleasant people but drawn out longer than was ideal.

Spoke to three employees; executive level, site director and a liaison via Skype for a full hour. They were very nice but hard to read. The one who drilled me the most hardly smiled the entire time. He would ask a question and just stare at me while I responded.
