I applied online, and surprisingly (as online applications go), got a call to come in for an interview. I had an interview with the HR manager and the VP of the department I was applying to. The VP mostly talked about his vision for the department and my role, with less focus on asking me questions. The HR manager interjected with the typical interview questions. It was slightly awkward, as they each had their own agenda for the interview.
