Entrevista
Apply in-store so they could meet you (their preference). If they like you they will call you within 2-weeks. First interview is with the Assistant Manager. If that goes well you are set up for a second interview with the District Manager. If that goes well you take a timed test that you must pass. If you do not pass, you're out of the interview process. If you do pass you are hired on. The pay rate is average and if you stay there long enough you will not get much more per hour. They are very cheap when it comes to better treating their employees. You will understand this when you work there. The workload even for me as a part-time is VERY demanding. There are no breaks, you eat when it is slow and if you work at a busy store compared to other locations, you probably won't get to eat until late-late! They expect you to really try to maximize their profits by always holding competitions and printing out weekly sales goals for all employees to reach. Cleaning needs to be done every night for closers. Super flexible job for college students or anyone needing a super part-time job (you can work as little as 2 days a week, even 1 day a week if you have been there long enough). Requesting days off has never been easier! I loved going to work because of the people I worked with and there will be very difficult and rude customers. Overall a great experience but would have stayed longer if there were higher wages for the high amount of workload. You do get commission off your sales also! So, sale sale sale!

Interview was typical, they asked the normal questions that you would get in an interview. However they make you take this test. A lot of hard math questions were involved which makes sense for the job, late fees are a part of your every day life there, as well as inventory.
