I was contacted by an external recruiter for a phone screen to determine which roles I would be suitable for. I then met with the Recruiter again for a phone screen. When a suitable role became available the recruiter arranged the interview on my behalf. In the first interview I met with the Hiring Manager and a colleague. Following this I met with the Hiring Manager and Managers that I would be working directly with. The interview process was relaxed.
