Easy process, but not very professional. Director looked hungover. The manager was late to the interview, even though the restaurant was not open for business during the interview. Tour of the kitchen was not impressive. Not well kept. They took over two weeks to get back to me, at which time, I had already accepted another position at an upscale restaurant.

2 calls one from recruit, the other from the District Manager. So far very impressed with me and I've been impressed with the interview process. Have an in person interview upcoming soon.

Easy and basic. Nothing difficult or even challenging. Just a long conversation about the company and /or store and the "values" of the company. In the interview process they do make it seem like they have some.
