You will talk to multiple people during the interview. The first one is the least technical. The next couple will be slightly more technical. You may have one more after that. The focus is on your ability to learn and retain development skills along with your ability to work as the member of the team.

Fair simple interview. First meeting is with the hr department over the phone. The next interview is in person with the sales manager. The last interview is also in person and it is with the president and/or the sales team.
