Done through Zoom with 2 different fan Duel employees. Took about 35-40 minutes. Lots of questions regarding knowledge of sports gambling and fan duels app and website. Quite a few customer service “how would you handle blank situation” questions related to being a CSR for a sports gambling company.

Pretty easy to get in.. I don’t think they interviewed me they just gave me an assessment and hired me very thankful for the opportunity to work within this atmosphere
Great even though I was nervous and it was a group interview and it wasn’t even my first interview but it is what I think it will be and I’m sure that I can get through this.
