After being rescheduled twice with less than a 1 hour notice, I finally met with a hiring manager. After 15 minutes of waiting and emailing the coordinator, the interviewer, was "in another meeting," that went over( started 30 min from scheduled time.) After our intro, they apologized and seemed distracted like they did not want to be there looking outside and giving me very vague and simple answers, wore sweat pants and a hoodie and clearly forgot and very obviously was having lunch. I have been in the gaming industry for 20 years in the Player Development space and worked for 3 top brands during that time. IMHO, the attention to detail and demeanor towards an 1st imppression interview demonstrates the attention to their customer base. I already knew the answer to the interview minutes into the conversation. They had already made an decision, but in reality, I made mine as an interviewee. Professionally ranks the lowest out of many interviews I've had in the past. I did not learn anything about the company or role in our conversation.
