The recruiter reached out via email to arrange a meeting. During the interview, the recruiter focused more on HR-related topics than on the candidate's qualifications for the position. It appeared that the recruiter was not interested in learning about the candidate's background.

Interview with hiring manager and director. Never spoke with anyone in HR. Not great communication throughout the process. Was not made aware of any of the compensation or benefits until offer was made.

Recruiter reached out to set up the interview. Had a zoom interview with the director. Pretty standard interview. He said they were going to have a quick decision within the week. It's now been a month since the interview and I still haven't heard back.
