Talked to four engineers at varying levels. Some were mostly interested in former work. Last interview was with a principal architect, who was looking for problem solving skills, but also direct knowledge of adaptive algorithms.

Entrevista
1st round was of 1 hour where 30 mins for programming and 30 mins for tech discussion. When you program they will ask you develop ur own utility and do not use the library for sorting and searching.
