Entrevista
Very negative impression, luckily interviews are two-way process. Key points:
1. HR team are Russians and it looks like majority of eng team are Russians as well.
2. The interview process is supposed to be HR screen, Take home, Eng talk, Co-Founder talk.
3. Take home was not very complex to do quick & dirty, but doing it properly can easily take 8-10 hours, which is unreasonably long. Search for "faraway interview" on github, there are few repos with examples with what they ask.
4. The take-home feedback had few constructive comments, however overall I got a strong impression that the "reviewer" has very limited mindset.

Entrevista
Answered an assessment or series of questions from Join.com. The Founder / Co-founder messaged me back and asked me to email him on his Faraway email account. I emailed him and he instructed me to use another tool for video call that I can't even install and can't even contact the software / tool's support. I asked for an alternative way to do the interview. Ghosted me. Did not hear from him anymore after constant follow ups. What a waste of effort.
This company seems very suspicious.

Entrevista
1st red flag was the language used by HR (Russian speaker).
HR responded to my questions inappropriately and disrespectfully.
There were 3 interviews in total, and 1 test task, although the JD stated screening, 1 call, then offer.
All interviews started 5-15 minutes later.
