I applied as I was seeking a Customer Support gig at a start-up. It took about three weeks to hear back after the initial application, but then I received an interview (and an offer) the next day! It was a 30-minute interview with three of the senior management. Interview felt great and very comfortable.

Entrevista
There is a phone interview along with an in-person interview that follows. They are great at explaining the expectations, salary, "a-day-in-the-position", etc. They are very accommodating. My interview was with two different people from the company, followed by an offer after my in-person interview. The overall experience went very well!
