I had a phone interview for the first one and it lasted about 20 minutes. The lady I talked to was very nice and I felt very comfortable talking to her. She asked basic questions mostly about my back ground and experience in agriculture. I later got a call about 2 weeks later saying they were still reviewing my stuff and would get back with me and 2 weeks after that I had a real interview that I'm still waiting to go to

Asked about background and sales experience. The manager was new and thought I should hear about her experience with Adderall after I informed her I didn't always do my homework. Needless to say, Adderall is pretty much a necessity or atleast a preference at FCMA.
