Multi step process that involved a screening call, and in-person interview with several people, and an interview with the CEO. They screened for experience, cultural fit, and disposition. Questions about leadership style, and project management.
They interviewed me, brought me in to work for 4 hours (unpaid) and then never contacted me again after multiple follow up attempts. At the end of the work I received positive feedback and they insisted there were not only 1 but 2 openings.
