The interview process was straightforward and informal. Prior to the interview, there was a required cognitive test (similar to the Wunderlich) that is taken on a computer. Overall, my experience was positive.

The interview process was straightforward. I met with the department manager as well as members of the department team. I was asked questions pertaining to my employment history and my interest in working for FarmTek. Most of the department appeared to be friendly and were eager to answer any questions that I had.
