They saw my resume after I had submitted it on a job site. I got a phone call from the CEO and from the trailer managers. They discussed with me what the position entailed and gave a brief overview of what the expectations are for the job. I wasn't asked typical interview questions, they simply asked about my past work experience and if I had any experience with horses.
