In general it was very weird and impersonal. First there was a 3rd party screening phone call. When you get to the online panel interview, it's also through a 3rd party agency with a Farmers Manager or representative present. Maybe it was a one off, but the 3rd party person conducting the interview was not pleasant. Various questions were asked regarding sales, experience, and how you would respond. From the panel stage they take a moment to pause and you are immediately denied or moved to the next interview stage. My experience was that it's harsh and expect to be a sales agent that doesn't care about the people if you want to succeed at the job.
